  • Where to start? Lexa has been my coach for over a year now, and that's simply because I absolutely cannot quit her!   • Since then, Lexa has helped me achieve significant PRs for all of my lifts - both novel and well-known - all while guiding me through physical recovery from major surgery and adapting to my body's changes in response to fluctuating hormones.
